Another happy renter. Found Element 28 online while searching for place from out of state. I researched 10 places in Bethesda area and talked with many rental offices. Element 28 felt welcoming right away. The staff at Element 28 were informative and helpful. The location is great. The building is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. While it was a bit high price wise for me, the flexibility and customer service made it worthwhile. I read too many poor reviews for other places.
